Every Lazy Beach Tees item is custom made specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because of this:

refunded items generally cannot be restocked or resold
production times may vary during high-volume periods
slight variations between products may naturally occur

We appreciate customers supporting small-batch production and helping reduce unnecessary waste 🌴

SECTION 5 – PRICING & BILLING

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended for resale.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days after shipping, though delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking information is provided once orders ship.

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll gladly work with you on:

a replacement item, or
a refund of the product purchase price

original shipping costs are non-refundable
refunds apply to product purchase price only
abuse of refund policies may result in denied future purchases

Because each item is custom made specifically for you, we kindly ask that refunded items be donated rather than kept whenever possible 🙏
