At Lazy Beach Tees, every piece is printed fresh after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and create each item with care.

We want you to feel good about what arrives at your door. If something is wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund of the product purchase price
  • Store credit, when appropriate

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not typically accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size changes, or preference changes after an order has been produced.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll take care of it quickly.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Made-to-Order Items

Each Lazy Beach Tees item is made specifically for your order and cannot simply be restocked or resold.

If a refund or replacement is issued and the original item does not need to be returned, we kindly encourage you to donate it, gift it, or repurpose it whenever possible.

Helping reduce waste allows us to stay focused on thoughtful designs, soft premium apparel, and a more responsible way to create.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error with your order.
